Members Code of Conduct:

I will conduct myself in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

I will ensure that any individuals who I may endorse/sponsor for admission to Athletes & Executives and/or who I may introduce to my fellow A&E members will adhere to A&E policies and our Code of Conduct.

I will respect the privacy of my fellow A&E members and, consistent with A&E policy, I will not engage in mass mailings/emailings to A&E members, nor will I solicit members via mass telemarketing to promote my personal or business interests. Likewise, I will not provide any information (contact or otherwise) about my fellow members to others outside of our organization without the expressed permission of member(s).

I will practice due diligence before entering into any business dealings transactions with my fellow A&E members.

I will hold harmless Athletes & Executives, Inc. and its owners with respect to any business dealings into which I may enter with A&E members.
